How to unlink an LMS account

If you are having trouble importing or exporting from an external LMS, you can try unlinking and relinking your LMS account.

To unlink an integration and remove permissions to import and export data from a linked LMS like Google Classroom or Canvas, follow these steps:

1. Visit the integrations page in your account menu: https://app.essaygrader.ai/account/integrations
2. Click the "unlink" button beside any accounts you would like to unlink.

To relink your account, simply proceed to use Canvas or Google Classroom like you normally would.

You cannot unlink the primary account used to login to the account.
